Shipping & Delivery

The Scented Mile currently accepts orders for delivery within Canada. Orders are fulfilled by an overseas fulfilment partner and shipped directly to the delivery address entered at checkout.

Processing

Most orders are expected to require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Processing may take longer during launches, holidays, inventory checks or periods of unusually high demand.

Estimated delivery

Our initial target is approximately 6–15 business days after dispatch for most Canadian addresses. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Customs review, carrier disruptions, severe weather and remote destinations may extend delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent after the carrier accepts the parcel. Tracking may take several days to show its first scan or may change when a parcel transfers to a Canadian last-mile carrier.

Shipping charges

Available shipping charges will be displayed before you place an order. We do not currently ship outside Canada through the website.

Import charges

Launch orders are shipped to Canada using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. Import duties and customs-clearance charges are included in the shipping arrangement, so customers should not be asked to pay an additional import charge when the parcel is delivered. Any sales tax that The Scented Mile is required to collect will be shown separately at checkout.

If a carrier unexpectedly requests an import payment, do not pay it before contacting us through our contact form with the order number and a copy of the request.

Address changes

Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee a change after an order has entered fulfilment. Customers are responsible for providing a complete deliverable address.

Delayed, lost or delivered parcels

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or a parcel appears lost, use our contact form. We will review the carrier information and available delivery evidence before arranging an appropriate resolution.
