These terms govern your use of The Scented Mile website and purchases made through it. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and our posted policies.

Store availability

The initial sales area is Canada. We may decline or cancel an order that cannot be delivered, contains inaccurate information, appears fraudulent or is affected by an inventory or pricing error. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and any other charges we collect will be shown before an order is submitted. Payment authorization does not guarantee acceptance of an order.

Products and fragrance

Fragrance perception is subjective and varies with airflow, temperature, cabin size and personal sensitivity. Photographs and screen colours are illustrative. Packaging and minor product details may change without affecting the product’s essential function.

Our products are consumer fragrance accessories. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Follow the instructions and safety guidance supplied with the product and on this website.

Accounts

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Shipping and returns

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store operation, submit unlawful content or use our branding, photographs or written content without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Scented Mile is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, delivery delays outside our reasonable control, incompatible vehicle vents, misuse of a product or failure to follow safety instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in your province or territory.
